Eligible tires for the $60 reward: Firestone WeatherGrip™, Winterforce™, Affinity™ AS, Destination™, Transforce™, Firehawk™ and Firestone All Season. Purchase of a set of 4 eligible WeatherGrip™ or Winterforce™ tires with the aggregate purchase price for a set of four tires (excluding taxes and tire levies) of $1000 or more, qualify for an additional $50 reward. Get an additional $20 reward over the National Promotion Offer if you have a valid Membership ID for the eligible partners with whom Firestone has an ongoing promotion (see Firestonerewards.com for details). Please allow 10-12 weeks for your claim to be approved. You will be offered the choice of a digital or physical Prepaid Card via a card payment confirmation email; if a physical card is chosen, please allow 10-14 days for receipt of the card via USPS.
